"Is It Case Sensitive?"

I had to attend to attend a training course at work today – it was sooo boring! It involved teaching us about a new system that my organisation will be using sometime in the future. I will spare embarrassment by not naming the product.

A large part of the system in question uses an Active Directory – a tool which I use frequently throughout my working week. Even so, the trainer still insisted on taking two hours teaching my colleagues and me on how to use it. I had my fun though, asking her loads of complicated questions that I knew she would be unable to answer - I think she was on the verge of tears at one point!

The classroom bullying continued well into the afternoon, when a group of us decided to keep asking the poor trainer the question “Is it case sensitive?” every time we got to a stage which required a password to be entered/created. Each time the question as asked, it caused a look of frustration from the trainer and a fit of giggles from the trainees.

As you can probably tell, I was a little bastard when I was in school, and things haven’t changed much now! :o)
